Chelsea Kropp

Connor North

Connor North graduated cum laude from the University of Oregon’s Clark Honors College in 2025 with a B.S. in Accounting and a minor in Audio Production. They’ve since returned to UO to complete a Master of Accounting, graduating in June 2026.

Connor brings experience across consulting, education, and media, including leadership roles as Vice President of Client Relations for the Oregon Consulting Group (OCG) and Director of Education for the Oregon Blockchain Group (OBG). They’ve also worked as a PwC tax intern and as a Production Operations Coordinator at Surfing Giant Studios in Santa Monica, CA—building a strong operational foundation and deepening their interest in entertainment and media.

At Saturation, Connor leads business operations and analytics, turning research and data into insights Chelsea can bring to life through design. They also support content creation through audio production and video editing.

Fun Fact: Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Connor has also worked behind the scenes on a Disney series set to premiere in January 2026.

Chelsea graduated from the University of Oregon in 2025 with a B.F.A. in Product Design and is currently completing a master’s in Advertising and Brand Responsibility, graduating in June 2026. She’s a story-focused designer and brand strategist who works across product, packaging, retail, and digital environments, with experience spanning hard goods, soft goods, brand design, advertising, and special events.

Chelsea has worked with brands including L.A.B. Golf, Viva Voce, and Visual Studio Singapore, and has collaborated with teams connected to Nintendo and the U.S. Golf Open.

At Saturation, she leads design—partnering closely with Connor to translate data-driven insights into clear, compelling creative. Her skillset includes visual rebrands, building brand kits from the ground up, and turning research into design that performs in the real world.

Fun Fact: Outside of work, Chelsea’s a total foodie—she’s always down to try something new. During her travels through Southeast Asia, her most memorable favorite was a frog-leg stew she tried in Singapore.
